Terms and Conditions
·The above special rates are net and non-commissionable.
·Check In/ Check Out time is 11 Noon. Early Check In or Late Check Out will be subject to availability.
·Vouchers will be accepted from guests, if full payment is received in advance. All extras will be collected by the guests or as per the due. All payments should be cleared before checkin.
·In case of cancellations and amendments, hotel’s policy will be followed.
·one person is free on every group booking. A group is defined as 10 paying rooms collectively staying at the hotel at the same time.
·Room rate not to be disclosed to the guests or third party.
·The hotel reserves the right to review the accommodation status and applicability of rates.
·Any changes in taxes or additional taxes as and when levied by the hotel or State Government/Government of India will also be applicable.
·This contract becomes valid only on receipt of the countersigned copy by both Parties.
·All the Room services shall be charged extra.
·The above room rates are not applicable for conferences, meetings or groups. A group is defined as 10 paying rooms collectively staying at the hotel at the same time.
·Cheques for billing are not acceptable unless approved and deposited with hotel account 15 days prior to arrival.
·All guests will have to show the Photo Identity Proof & submit visiting card at the time of checking in.
Payment terms
·We would require a signed copy of the contract Letter.
· As per company policy we do not permit outside Food, Liquor & Beverage.
· You and your guest (herein after referred collectively as “Patrons”) shall use the facilities with due care and in a good & proper way & ensure the same are not damaged in any manner howsoever, In the event of any damage being caused to any of the facilities by the Patrons the same shall be made good by the Patron.
